Hard to say. Entirely depends on the quality and speed of your Internet
connection. A rough estimate is not noticeable worse than the latency
you would expect when not using Squid.

As most performance measures it is best measured using a baseline taken
when the system performs acceptable. Then you compare to this baseline
to see if there has been any significant changes and where..
