This indicates your cache is from Squid-2.5 and you have downgraded to
Squid-2.4 without cleaning your cache.
Clean your cache, or upgrade to Squid-2.5 again.
Note: Squid-2.4 is no longer supported by the Squid developers except
as part of paid support contract.
