Not without coding no.
Most true content filters working with Squid today acts as another
proxy either inbetween the clients and Squid or between Squid and the
Internet.
In future Squid may support the ICAP framework which allows to easily
hook into the request and response data flows. There is currently two
projects implementing ICAP for Squid-2.5:
a) There is a proof of concept at http://devel.squid-cache.org/icap/
developed by HP Labs.
b) MARA Systems AB is also working on a more streamlined ICAP patch
allowing responses to be modified on the fly without full buffering
at the ICAP server and is currently verifying the functionality of
this patch.
