I have searched for quite a while but none of the lists were really
up-to-date or correct. If you really need to block those URLs for
security reasons then you should consider buying a commercial filter.
I have tried to maintain such a list myself but didn't find the time.
"Thanks" to the DynDNS service (which I personally appreciate very much)
every kiddy can instantly open up another webmail service on his Linux
box. That's a tough job.

If you really want it without paying a buck you may check if the quality
of SquidBlock lists is sufficient for you.
