[squid-users] Clustering Accelerators

Is there a way to cluster reverse proxy accelerators so that the
seperate caches
are not duplicating data but instead check with peers first? What is the
recommended
configuration? The FAQ does not seem to be very clear on this. In fact
I have only
found 1 line under 20.1 httpd-accelerator mode:

"Two or more accelerators communicating via ICP
can increase the speed and resilience of a web service
to any single failure"

What is the recommended configuration for two accelerators communicating
via ICP?

I am using RedHat 8.0 and squid-2.4.STABLE7-4 on both systems.
