[squid-users] delay pools for class A network

Hi everyone
I have been using delay pools for my class C network using delay pools of class2.
Now i have a class A network 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 suppose i want something like this
10.0.0.x to have certain bandwidth and
10.0.1.x to have certain bandwidth???
can some one give me some starting point???
