The most aggressive abort configuration is
quick_abort_min 0 KB
quick_abort_max 0 KB
with these the setting quick_abort_pct does not matter as N% of 0 is 0.

Nice search engine.. wonder what they are thinking with when designing a
search engine opening very many connections to the same destination?
