Yes you can, in main.cf

cache_peer 192.168.0.110 parent 8080 0 no-query defaults

wherein 192.168.0.110 is the ip address of the parent proxy you will be
contacting and 8080 is the port. 0 disables the icp query because you didnt
mention if this parent cache you will be connecting to has icp enabled.
