What you are looking for is cacheHttpHits & cacheProtoClientHttpRequests
The cacheHttpOutKb & cacheHttpOutKb - cacheServerInKb is also interesting
to plot to show traffic in KB.
cacheServerRequests is the number of requests sent by Squid to other
servers (peers and origin servers) and is only interesting to plot in
relation to cacheProtoClientHttpRequests.
