Well, it depends on the patterns you are using. I the patterns will match
the resulting URL after redirection then there is trouble.

Generally it is better to not do a browser redirect when redirecting to
the block page, instead simply let SquidGuard rewrite the URL in place
without informing the browser (other than getting other content than
expected).
