the only thing I can think will be possible would be the ECN thing (My OS
is Linux [SuSE 8.1])
But htis is allready set to "0"
Any other Ideas?

Have you tried what is said about running Squid on your OS in the
Squid-FAQ? For most OS:es there is some small tweaks needed to get around
various broken sites/equipment on the Internet.
