Hmm.. there is not ntlm helper named NTLMSSP in Squid-2.5.STABLE. Was
your earlier installation a early Squid-2.5 beta release?
The NTLMSSP helper changed name to SMB before 2.5.STABLE1 was released to
more correcly reflect what the helper is using.
