I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly.

Can you recommend a place to either get a precompiled Squid_LDAP_Auth.exe or instructions on how to compile Squid_LDAP_Auth.exe? My compiling skills are pretty weak so my preference would be to get a precompiled binary from a trusted source.

Not a good sign. The squid_ldap_auth.exe file you have is broken. Either
built from buggy source, or using broken libraries..

There is no changes needed in squid_ldap_auth arguments when running from
the command line.

These arguments looks reasonable. Does not look like a case of invalid
arguments causing the program to fail.
