See the Samba documentation on the requirements for joining an ADS. There
is also an excellent Samba document describing the whole procedure in how
to make Samba join an ADS tree.
Squid is pretty much ignorant to what model your Samba is using, being it
local accounts, NT Domain, Samba PDC, ADS or whatever..
