If you use all the available space up to the recommended max usage:
80% = ca. 60GB = ca. 600MB for the index only, i.e. you have to add
cache_mem to that.
Get more RAM or keep the cache_dir size lower than the max.

I would recommend to use a second cache disk as this will improve disk
performance.
