[squid-users] ssl accelerator proxy

hi all ,
i know i can use squid as an ssl accelerator for https protocol . But i can
not find information if i can use squid to accelerate requests for imaps,pops
protocols . Does squid support ssl acceleration of any port !? if not does
anybody know a software that does the thing i want !?
