In my syslog, I have manytimes this :

Could this be link with my squid problem ?

Here your Squid restarted for no apparent reason.

Please follow the guidelines in the Squid FAQ entry on how to report bugs.
This will tell more about why it restarted and where.

Also check your systems messages file.

Until you have found the cause to why your Squid is restarting all the time
it won't be very stable and give a lot of warnings.
