Is your Squid setup serving other pages or not? If it is then what is your squid.conf settings?

If your squid is working normal to other sites, then it may be blocked by Admin's there.
Post your consolidated squid.conf file ( grep -v "^#" squid.conf > squid.conf.mlist" )
