What do you see if you go do http://devel.squid-caceh.org/cgi-bin/test
In general, in addition to configure Squid to not reveal the IP you also
need to disable JavaScript, Acive X and any other active web content
technology where the browser may look up the local IP address and then
send this to the server or on most cases simply show it to the user to
scare them.
