[squid-users] commBind: Cannot bind socket FD X to 127.0.0.1:0 (99) Cannot assign requested address

Hello all,
 
i have a problem to start squid.
i have this error message in cache.log file:
 
2004/10/01 16:22:17| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 6 to 127.0.0.1:0:
(99) Cannot assign requested address
2004/10/01 16:22:17| ipcCreate: Failed to create child FD.
 
this is my loopback interface configuration:

i have no firewall rules loaded.
the strange thing is that if i do a "ifconfig lo down" and a "ifconfig
lo up" then i restart squid, it start normally...
 
if you have any ideas...
