FYI, in case anyone is wondering why the recent patches do not show up
in squid's FreeBSD port:

The FreeBSD ports repository is currently frozen for the upcoming
release of FreeBSD 5.3. The last patch included is the
content-disposition header patch.

The freeze will probably persist for at least one more week from now,
perhaps even longer. As soon as the freeze is lifted, I will update the
port to -STABLE7 or pull in all available patches to -STABLE6 should
-STABLE7 be delayed.
