[squid-users] squid not starting

i try to reinstall squid

linux-pour-lesnuls var]# /usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -z

i start squid
/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid

ps -aux |grep squid

squid is not starting
why ?

a look in /usr/local/squid/var/logs

file empty

perhaps an idea ?
