No, you need to load the ip_wccp module manually, there is nothing
automatic about it.

And for WCCPv2 you need to use a ip_wccp version with support for WCCPv2.
All versions linked from the FAQ since the Makefile (or tarball
distribution) was added supports WCCPv2. If unsure on which version you
have it can quite easily be seen in the ip_wccp.c source. If it mentions
WCCPv2 then support is there, if not it is most likely a too old version.
