[squid-users] Allow access internet and Log domain user/ let visitor access internet freely using WPAD

Hi, Dear Squid Experts,
     I want to use squid to achieve two objects, Could you help me?

   Allow all user access internet, but need log the action for local domain
   users
   Let visitor access internet freely and let them using VPN access to their
   company VPN.

   Any advice at all would be much appreciated.
