Not easily. This would require one to build a database of all the IP
addresses of the sites you want to block as most has not registered the
reverse lookup.

In cases like google it's even worse as this requires building a database
of all the google search servers around the globe. A standard DNS lookup
of www.google.com only gives you some of them..
