 - Perhaps , by using a 'dynamic' squid.conf at squid startup.
   The allocated IP can be found, by some os tool (ipconfig and/or friends).
   Perhaps with some 'scripting/editing' it can be hacked into squid.conf
   just before SQUID is started.
