The problem (squidNT *randomly* won't run automatically, even if the NT service is set ok) arise when we boot up our machine, so there's no previous SquidNT run...

Simply, SquidNT occasionally not start, with no warns in Event Viewer. The only track I've found is in the squid.exe.log: the time in "2005/05/04 08:14:15| Squid is already running! Process ID 1228" is the time when SquidNT tries to start...
