i have read that squid's delay pool only deal with class C ip's. is it for
class 3 delay pools which delay based on networks or for class 2 as well
which delay based on individual users. mean if i define my network range in
class A like 10.0.0.0/8 then will squid's class 2 delay pool work with it??
