transparent is when you transparently intercept port 80 requests by
firewall port redirection or similar forcing internal clients to use the
proxy even if their browser is not configured to use it. This flag is
likely to change to "intercept" for the final 3.0 release to match
official terminology.

accel is when Squid acts as a surrogate server / accelerator infront of
your web servers, with the public DNS record for the sites pointing to
Squid.
