[squid-users] reverse proxy questions

Hello,

I am using several squids to accelerate 2 web servers and had some
questions?

1. If I never want squid to cache web pages will a no_cache ACL have the
same effect as always_direct?

2. Is there a way within squid to load balance connections between
multiple backend servers that will detect server failure.
