[squid-users] How to use HTTP1.1 in Squid

Hello squid users;

I set up IE to use HTTP 1.1 ([Tools]->[Internet Options]->[Advanced]->
Check 'Use HTTP1.1 through proxy connections').
But the log file tells me that it's still using HTTP 1.0.

Is there a way to use HTTP 1.1 ?

According to User Guide =
(http://squid-docs.sourceforge.net/latest/book-full.html) ,
the squid 2.0 or above handle HTTP/1.1 correctly.
How can I do it ?
