[squid-users] Error in STABLE11

All,

I found message below after upgrading the Squid to version STABLE11 (it was
not happen in version S10).

[root@Squid root]# squid -k shutdown
squid: ERROR: Could not send signal 15 to process 637: (1) Operation not
permitted

Would you tell me how can I fix it?
