  Someone issued a : "squid -k reconfigure"

  override-expire is being used in squid.conf. Check these settings
and whether you have sufficient knowledge-control.
Otherwise read the comment in squid.conf.default about this parameter and
use or don´t use it according to what your needs are.

 Squid can not find info concerning Autonomous System Numbers ;
 checkout the used whois server(s) in squid.conf. And most likely : check
 whether the default value for whois server(s) hasn´t been fiddled with.
