I always disable SELinux, but there is quite a bit of documentation on how
to update/modify SELinux policies both from the SELinux home page and from
RedHat. From RedHat there is a tutorial on how to reefine the SELinux
policy for Apache, and pretty much the same techniques should apply to
Squid. Not that I have ever tried..
