Hmmmm.. I am using lynx. So I went to a site that I know uses cookies.
Google.
When I access it I receive this message:
www.google.com cookie: P=ID=400f5b97d0475e16:TM=114 Allow?
(Y/N/Always/neVer)

I never receive anything when I access the cachemgr site.
