[squid-users] OOT: squidguard Strange behaviour ACL

Hi all,
Sorry since it's squidguard related, but I hope someone could help me, cause
the squidguard list is rather quiet.
Our policy in the company is that users are not allowed to browse the
internet, except for certain domains.

The problems is: some hosts in a domain are working, but one particular host
isn't, for example: astraapp.astra.co.id works, but www.astra.co.id doesn't
(got blocked)

This is my ACL in squidguard.conf:
src user { 192.168.1.10 }
dest allowed {
    urllist /etc/squid/allowed
    domainlist /etc/squid/alloweddom }
acl { user { pass allowed none } }

I put astra.co.id in /etc/squid/alloweddom
I even put www.astra.co.id in /etc/squid/allowed

The versions are:
squidguard-1.2.0-2.2.el4.rf
squid-2.5.STABLE6-3.4E.12
On Centos 4.2

This is really confusing.
Thank you,
