You unsubscribe by sending a message to
squid-users-unsubscribe@squid-cache.org and then respond to the
confirmation message received.

If you have problem unsubscribing after changing email address, read the
error message carefully. It contains instructions how to unsubscribe
from another email address and how to figure out what email address you
had when you subscribed.
