Hi Ryan,

My proxy servers running both Squid 2.5 and 2.6 don't have any
problem while downloading an MP3 file from that site you mentioned. The
file name doesn't get changed to something_else.php.

Maybe it could be due to some configuration in your proxy server but I
am not sure.
