Add a "dstdomain" acl pointing to the webserver and add a http_access
allow line.

Assuming your lan is 10.0.0.0/24 and your website is www.example.com...

acl mynet src 10.0.0.0/24
acl mysite dstdomain .example.com
... #all the rules preventing proxy port abuse
http_access allow mynet
http_access allow mysite
http_access deny all
