[squid-users] acl DST + dns lookup

I noted if I insert in squid.conf this entry
acl wwwtestweb dst 196.200.6.12/255.255.255.255
Squid lookups DNS for several domains.
I use dns service only for external network searching because in my lan are used
only IPaddress and no names.
Can I solve this problem with "acl dst" avoiding the use of dstdomain directive ?
Is it important order of acl list in squid.conf ? acl src, acl dst, acl dstdomain ,
... have to be collected in groups in specifc order ?
