[squid-users] Don't use parent cache

I have child squid and parent squid which has both internal and external network
card.
Named service is installed in parent squid server to resolve external domains
because in my lan I don't use names but only IP addresses.
For all internal client requests of my lan to specific web server of my lan, I
would like that child proxy doesn't use parent proxy but it goes directly to this
web server of my lan.

1 -I solved it in this way but "dst directive" causes DNS lookup and I want
avoiding it !

acl wwwintweb dst 198.200.23.142/255.255.255.255
...
http_access allow wwwintweb
...
always_direct allow wwwusl6in
never_direct allow all

2- Which ACLs cause PTR query to DNS ? How is't possible also to avoid it ?
