No transparent interception support in that config.

2.6:

http_port 3128 transparent

2.5:

http_port 3128
httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
httpd_accel_with_proxy on

(or something along those lines.. haven't worked with 2.5 in years)
