Not all.. was fixed in Squid-2 for the 2.5.STABLE10 release.

That's Squid-3..

there is no known issues with >2GB objects with 2.5.STABLE10 or later,
but it's also not very frequently tested, and additionally my box where
most Squid-2 testing is done is a 64-bit box which gets away with most
of these silly limitations..
