We tried downloading an ISO DVD image of size more than 2 GB which is failing via Squid Proxy but I am able to download the same if I bypass the proxy server. It doesn't display any errors on the screen instead it ends in downloading just 1 KB. I am using squid-2.5.STABLE13.

Hi Sathyan,
This is a known issue in all versions of squid.

Luckily one of the other developers happens to be working on a fix for
it right now. If you are interested in testing give him a yell out.
