Anyone wanting to download (even medium sized) files with IE is begging for
trouble. That should be in the FAQ.

Does IE7 still download to a temporary file first and then copy it to the
right place? That's most frustrating feature ever. And if you happen to run
out of space on temp, it will silently cut the file, there are no resume
capabilities whatsoever.
