[squid-users] squid3

I compiled squid3 from CVS and installed on FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT, which I
use as my workstation.
I have configured firefox/konqueror to connect to the net via this Squid
instance.
Now and then, I get a message from the browser that the proxy is
refusing connections, even though it is running. If I refresh, it just
loads fine. Nothing shows in the access.log!

Another thing... what are squid3's equivalent of x_forwarded_for
parameters? (from 2.6)
