Have you disabled ECN? have you disabled window scaling? Have you done
some packet dumps with tcpdump and fired up ethereal/wireshark to look
at the TCP sessions and try to figure out why they're hanging?
There's only so much we can do in our spare time, and trying to duplicate
broken setups when (and I'm speaking for me here) none of my test
Squid servers at home - transparent and not - exhibit any broken behaviour
its difficult to try and fix things. :)
