[squid-users] delay_parameters Suggestion

Hi all,

I want to limit each user by the following behavior.

Size < 256 KB -> no limitation
Size > 256 KB -> 4 KB/s rate (32 kbps)

Any suggestion of delay_parameters ? I put "delay_parameters -1/-1
4096/262144" of class 2 delay pools. Am I right ?

Do the "Size" mean the size per connection of each user or the size of
total contents of each user ? Can we limit per connection basis ? If
"Size" means the size total content of each user, any suggestion "Size" to
not limit standard browsing activities but limit huge download activities
? Should I put "delay_initial_bucket_level 100" for first "Size" access ?
