[squid-users] TCP_DENIED/411 with POST method

Hello,

trying to view this web page
http://gepas.bioinfo.cipf.es/cgi-bin/norm.cgi

we get this error:
TCP_DENIED/411 3610 POST http://gepas.bioinfo.cipf.es/cgi-bin/norm.cgi -
NONE/- text/html

Googled about this error, got this article:

Is there any way to solve this issue? (Tried "request_entities on"), but
problem persists.
