If you do not get any better responses here, you should ask DansGuardian
folks about the capabilities of their product. If DansGuardian is not an
ICAP server, perhaps it is an HTTP proxy. If it is, you can chain Squid
and DansGuardian together: users-Squid-DansGuardian-internet.

Squid 3.0 currently supports only one ICAP service per HTTP message. If
you need more, you can:

1) Try Squid2 and unsupported ICAP patches that come with it.
2) Find somebody who would add the missing ICAP feature to Squid3:
   http://www.squid-cache.org/Support/services.dyn
3) Wait for somebody else to do (2).
